The spot for fresh sushi and cocktails in Baton Rouge. Positioned atop the Shaw Center of the Arts, our rooftop fishing hole's sushi menu is down right addictive and our small plates pack a punch. Happy Hour on our 4,ooo sq ft open air terrace over looking the Mississippi River is a treasure trove for everyone fishing for a deal. Tsunami is sometimes funky sometimes fancy but always flavorful.

Overrated

This place is nice aesthetically, but the food isn't that great. I have had far better sushi, so in my opinion you're only paying for the atmosphere.



The hostess are rude, they give you a time limit of two hours to eat then they say they'll put you out because they believe that 2 hours is more than enough time to eat, pay and leave.



All in all I like the restaurant, and I wish there were more like it around baton Rouge. If you are going for a great view of the Mississippi and to socialize this is your place, if you are going for fantastic food I suggest you go somewhere else.

The Place to be for sushi with a date at sunset

The sushi is wonderful, but this place is superlative because you can take you food and/or drink out on the roof at the Shaw Center and watch the sun set over the Mississippi. You will get laid!
