I had an appointment at this office at the beginning of June. I was referred by my dentist in order to get a root canal done. I was first scheduled to get an evaluation. After the evaluation they stated I could go ahead and get the root canal done that day. I was very happy being i was in a lot of pain. The lady came in to have me sign a consent paper stating the amount i would have to pay. She said i would pay everything out of pocket that day, which i didn't like, then they would bill my insurances and they would send me a check. I talked with the lady and she assured me that i will get all of my money back, being that i have three different insurances, and SHE SAID that the insurances would cover EVERYTHING so i signed the form and went ahead with the appointment, paying with my credit card because like i said i was in a lot of pain and really needed it done. It has been close to three months and i have yet to receive anything from insurance. I have checked claims with one insurance, but the other two have no received any notice of this appointment. I call every day to check with my insurance. I have also called the office multiple times and talked with someone about the problems. 95% of the time i have not been able to get in contact with anyone. If i do i get the run around and never can get an answer as to why my insurance still hasn't received claims or im being told they don't know what i am talking about. I told them that i could not afford the 1200 out of pocket for the visit in the first place and they assured me that i had nothing to worry about that everything will come back to me and now that they got their money they aren't worried about me getting mine back and i am in debt $1200. After being lied to i am very upset and will tell EVERYONE i know not to come to this office. If they would have told me it was not covered i would not have gotten this done here in the first place.. But now i'm $1200 in the hole and still not getting answers.

I called Dr.Saltzman office pain and lady put me on the schedule that very day. Everyone was so nice and help full. All my fears were gone not long after Dr Saltzman came in the room. He made me feel so comfortable. Listening to every word I said. I had a root canal that very day!!!! I loved the IV Sedation. Now I'm pain free! Can't wait to tell all my friends and family !!! I will you again and thanks Dr Saltzman and staff.

Front clerk Asher. Very rude very unprofessional. I walked out before being seen because of his unprofessional aditute. Would never recommend or return. Only gave 1 star because I had to
