it was the worst service ever..
they hang up the phone on you when you call to check of the status for part..it took almost 2 months to come back and do the repair..never ever ever again..stay away from these people..i would give them a zero star if i could..

Probably one of the worst ran operations that I have encountered in a good while. The owner told me he would be at one of my rental properties at 10AM on a Tuesday. He said he would contact my wife. When I called and asked where was he, he stated no one answered when he called. The only problem is the phone record shows no records of him calling. This is the 5th time he has done this. I am not sure why Lowe's does business with this guy.

He called before he came and was very prompt. Very good service. Would definitely use this company again.

Do not call these poeple to come repair an appliance. If you do, please at least expect a WEEK later for them to get to you!!! I document everything, so I know that it took them an entire week to come out! And when I told them, they do not really care. No apology was given either.

I understand you situation. I have been waiting since the beginning of Dec. It took the repairman an hour to realize that he could not fix it. Then 3 days to order part. I am still waiting. I will not use them again.

does not keep apointments, does not call when parts are in, ordered wrong parts, then broke appliance when trying to replace the part.
