I went to Ruffles N' Britches in search for my son's christening outfit. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but they went out of their way to help me find it. They even ordered a pair of socks that I needed, and made sure that I had them by that weekend. Sure enough, I got a voicemail AND an email on Friday telling me that the socks were in. In a world where customer service is often lacking, if not absent entirely, it was nice to have someone offer to help and then actually follow through!
