I have always been one to send flowers from time to time on special occasions. I have been disappointed with several of the local florist over the years. I began using Rickey about 10 years ago and have been satisfied with the beautiful work and his way of doing business. On two rare occasions I was not happy with my order. Rickey PERSONALLY addressed the problem and corrected to my satisfaction. I will always be grateful for his staff as my mother passed away last year and they were so kind and personal in helping me select her flowers. They were so perfect and beautiful! It is a wonderful peace knowing I can trust and depend on someone like Rickey Heroman's when I choose to brighten someone's day. I know I am just the little guy that sends flowers from time to time but it means so much knowing I am a valued customer.

Rickey Heroman's designed all of my wedding flowers. The flowers were absolutlely gorgeous. The designers worked well with me because they understood my vision as well as budget I was working with. They created the most beautiful floral decor for my special day. I can recommend their service to anyone having a wedding in the Baton Rouge area.

I ordered a rubber tree plant and told them to write on the card "You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers". When I arrived at the funeral home I looked to find the arrangement sent on our behalf and iit was a bunch of little mixed plants in a yellow pot (not at ALL what I ordered). It was not very pretty and I was embarrassed over it, but there was nothing I could do about it at that point.
