Last week, the service workers on my route broke the top off of my garbage bin when they unloaded it. I have requested three (3) times now for a complete, new bin. At least two operators have informed me that the bin cannot be replaced; only repaired. At this point I have followed their instructions and placed my damaged bin in a location where it can be "evaluated". I have gone so far as to tape the broken hinge to the top. I want to know what has to be done for my bin to be replaced. It seems Allied is giving a valued customer runaround.
