This company is based in Maryland and their service is absolutely awful. They are rude, NO MATTER who you talk to. Their website states that it is easier than calling them but WHAT A JOKE!; you HAVE to call their 800# and deal with these rude people as you CANNOT schedule OR register you test UNTIL you speak to them on the 800#. The local testing center in Baton Rouge and Metairie were both manned with pleasant people who are not allowed to help you - they tell you to call the 800# as they are not allowed to do anything but provide the testing. If you have ANY problems whatsoever, which is easy to have with this company, you must deal with Maryland. I have registered a complaint over the hassle and dissatisfaction with my multiple experiences with this company with the Commisioner of Insurance. Not that it will do any good.
