Airline Highway/Siegen Lane location sold battery that had been on shelf longer than 6 months. They refused to replace this battery that had only been in my car five weeks and had to be charged. Even the test indicated battery life was low. Went to O’Neal Lane location who tested battery and once the low battery life message appeared, they gladly replaced battery and apologized for poor service received at Airline/Siegen location.
