Replaced a roof after storm damage. Very fast efficient and good roof job. Demanded payment at conclusion of roof job. I paid them figuring I would get paid by insurance company minus deductible. However, Omi would not itemize the job for Insurance claim. Omni did not follow the guidelines of insurance company. Would not return my phone calls or insurance company 's phone calls. I had to pay an extra $2000 because they would not itemize the job. Therefore, I am rating Omni low because of lack of cooperation with insurance company. Beware.

I could not have asked for better contractor to help me build my home. Omni Enterprises went above and beyond all of my expectations and really helped make the process go as smooth as possible. They were always available for any of my questions and concerns. Also they were always very prompt in responding to all of my calls and emails. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and kept me well informed. Omni also explained all the features of building a home in ways to help me understand everything.
