Their service was wonderful. They showed up when they said they would and were very honest and helpful. Our options were clearly explained which allow us to make the best decision for our heating and cooling needs. They could have easily told us that all three of our units would have needed replacing like another AC Service company. Instead, they recommended adding coolant. Our house is nice and cool. We will definately call them when we decide to replace our units. We highly recommend this company.

Great service and very respectful of our home. The guys took off there shoes to not dirty our floors. I highly recommend !

Honest and prompt. Changed out my unit in the attic and did a wonderful job. Very professional. I would recommend. Pricing reasonable. AAAA++++

The technicians who came to my house were pleasant and professional (although it took them 3 visits to find the problem) however the man who I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Perhaps its because my unit is still under warranty and he feels I am not as important as his paying customers.

It is a long story so I will spare you all the details. I'll just say he made absolutely NO effort to seem concerned the part was not going to be in when I was originally told and when asked if he could understand my frustration at having to be in a hot house when, if the problem would have been discovered the FIRST visit, the part would be in already he replied "Actually, I can't." He said he didn't know why the leak wasn't discovered and said, and I quote "Maybe the third tech got lucky."

If you want your AC company to rely on their luck rather than their skill, LICENSED TO CHILL/CLIMATE CONTROL is for you. If you want your AC company to rely on actual skill, use someone else.



UPDATE:

Licensed To Chill just installed a brand new AC unit because the part wasn't coming in. They did their job and the guys who came and did the install were as usual very professional and polite. The owner is the rude one. I still would not recommend this business based on how I was treated by the owner but I wanted to give props where props were due.
