This Real Estate Agent is really a joke. Contacted them for many time about a problem on a property this company manages, no response at all. Do not do any business with this company.

really the worst company in Baton Rouge, it's a total scam. Never return calls, emails, or fix anything, the property is a dump under their management. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have rented from them before and had horrible service.When things are broken they never really were fixed properly. The staff was unhelpful and seemed put out when you would ask them for assistance. I rented from them at Orleans place, I always tell people not to associate with this company. I have had people share their bad experiences with me as well. Not a good company!
