Don't call them. The technician was very nice and friendly. He managed to solve my problem for a short time. An hour after he left the problem returned. To be fair, they sent the tech back out the next morning but the unit wasn't acting up at the time. Now, six weeks and $500 later, the problem is back in force and they tell me they won't stand behind the work, I'll have to pay another service call. Considering the problem was never actually FIXED, I find that completely unacceptable. I can see charging me for a different problem that may have popped up, but they never actually fixed the original problem. Also, the tech, though nice, was constantly on the phone with his co-workers discussing how to go about fixing my unit. I was left feeling he wasn't actually experienced in this line of work. Save yourself some stress and call someone else!

Same day service, very professional, and left me with some advice on keeping the system operating smoothly. Much better than the bums I was using before, I plan to use Kelly Scott again in the future.
