Unpleasant experience all around. Minimum charge is close to $100 just to tell you what you already know - "My ____ needs to be replaced.' Always tries to sell OEM parts, even for cars older than 15 years - which makes no sense - putting a $500 part on a car that's worth $400. Will not warranty aftermarket parts after 90 days. Average mark up on parts is 200%. Labor rates are excessive. Owner will call you a liar to your face if you try to tell him his mechanics are trying to pad the bill, even if you know enough about car mechanics and shops to speak with some level of expertness.

DO NOT GO THERE. You will be sorry you did and outt of pocket big $'s for repairs that should, at the end of the day, cost 1/3 as muuch as they do here.

We have used Keith's for over 30 years and have had exceptional service every time. They are honest and fair.
