Bought 3 drones 1 of them has defect owner does not want to stand behind product 2 days old telling me to send it to manufactor I will be better off ordering from amazon a least they will swap it out for you they want get one dime from again!!!

Bought an electric car for $230 for my sons 12 birthday, I was informed by a salesman there was a store warranty of 30 days (no limited warranty on parts) . A week later the motor burned out and they refused to replace the motor and refused to stand by their implied warranty. Frankly, purchasing this type of toy and dealing with warranty issues is easer buying off the internet. And that is a shame, I prefer buying locally but not if the store is not going to stand by their store warranty.

These people are terrible. I made a huge mistake buying from here. Take your service somewhere else.

All though the staff is knowledgeable, the time that they give you when it comes to getting your product back is always way off. I have dropped several items off at the same time and I have never gotten them back at the same time. A job that was said to be two weeks took about two months. I was accused of breaking my item after being told that it was fixed when I have not even left the store. The older man would not believe me when I said that I have not left the store yet with the item and trying to argue with the older man that owns the place is pointless. The rest of the staff is wonderful but the older man makes it hard to do business with. After about 2 months of going up there to get my things, they gave them to me in the same broken condition that I dropped them off and the older man made his son tell me to take it to another shop to have it fixed. WARNING!!! Do not argue with the older man even if you are 100% right, They will ask you to do business some where else

This place is very friendly and has basically everything you could want for an RC car or an army of model vehicles. The second I walked in the door they made me feel like i was at home. Since I am new to the hobby, I had many questions for them, and I was slightly expecting them to talk down to me. I was surprised when they broke everything down in plain english. Wonderful store and I will definitely be returning soon
