Can I say how disappointing to plan a romantic evening and your romantic surprise not show up! #upsetcustomer

I order two dozen roses for a Saturday delivery and they were drooping by Monday night - very disappointed in the quality. The stems had no support. Also, I asked the florist what she would recommend and what flowers look good and she was a bit put-off at my question, I don't think I would use the again,

Hated it! Two dozen red roses arrived late with bug eaten leaves. Looked like someone scooped up the greenery off the floor or out of the garbage. Looked thrown together. Really?! And for $175?! I have pics to prove it. How horrible!!!! Very disappointed!!!! And no apology from Original Heromans! Gee, thanks for a ruined Valentine's Day!
