I'm an extremely critical shopper and never make time to write reviews. I usually vote with my wallet. If I like the product/service, I spend my money and tell my friends. If I don't like a product/service, I don't spend my money and I tell my friends. I recently had such a great experience at Hannon's that I felt compelled to write a review. I was in the market for a wedding ring. I armed myself with a great deal of knowledge before shopping ALL of the local jewelry stores. I soon discovered that I knew more about diamonds than most of the stores. They could talk the "4 C's", but not much beyond. The one exception, Mr. Bayardo Hannon. He spoke of GIA graded stones compared to EGL & AGS. He talked depth & table %, florescence, symmetry & length/width ratio - all of which are critical factors in diamond valuation. While other stores wanted to sell me on carat/color, Mr. Hannon reviewed all of the diamonds attributes to ensure that I was getting the best value. He got my vote!!!
