Wonderful service! Amazing customer service. Work was done perfect. Will never bring my vehicle anywhere else.

The owner was drunk and driving my car the old lady that looks like a witch had to be on speed and had no clue the whole place smelt like dope

We had some body work done. The quality of the work was good. There were some communication issues with the management that were annoying, but in the end, it was all ok.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a collision company. The owner, Brandon, made sure to take care of my daughter's car in a prompt and timely manner. He kept me informed along the way. He gave me a quote at the beginning of the job and stuck with it to the very end. I know he spent many extra hours working on her car and even worked on the weekend. Brandon is trustworthy, honest and kind. I can only hope his young son will follow in his father's footsteps and will take over the family business some day. We don't ever want to lose this great company. Thank you Brandon and Michelle for an excellent job!

I only had to pay half of my deductible!! They told me to expect three days for my car to be fixed and it ended up being fixed in ONE day. Great service and my car looks like nothing happened.

Thank you Hampton Collision for the amazing job you did on my vehicle! When my brand-new 2015 VW Passat got smashed, I was devastated to say the least! But Hampton Collision fixed my baby up so fast I almost thought it was a joke when they told me I could come pick "her" up! When I got there I couldn't believe my eyes! I don't even think a single scratch can be found even with a magnifying glass! Ha ha! If you ever need collision repair I recommend Hampton Collision to everyone in the Baton Rouge area. Even if another collision shop may be a little closer to you, trust me it is completely worth ANY extra driving minutes. All repairs come with a lifetime warranty from them! The owner as well as the rest of the staff are truly genuine in their concern for your situation. I was so thankful for the time they spent in helping me throughout the entire process! I hope I don't have to go through this again but if I do I will definitely go back to Hampton Collision! Thank you all once again, my family and I appreciate your services!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Hampton Collision for years! I was recently informed by my insurance (State Farm) that Hampton Collision was no longer what St.Farm refers to as a one of their "preferred" shops and that if I chose to have my vehicle repaired there I would not receive a lifetime warranty on the repairs from State Farm. Luckily I have been a client of Hampton Collision for a while and I know that the company itself provides a lifetime warranty on all their repairs for everyone no matter their insurance! I also was told by State Farm that Id have to get an estimate from another shop & then I would be able to have my car repaired at THE SHOP I WANTED TO! Which is obviously Hampton Collision hands down. Though St.Farm is choosing to make this a little bit more of an inconvience for me, I would Never take my car elsewhere ! Hampton Collision does a phenomenal job every time! The owner (Brandon), shop manager (Michelle) as well as the rest of the staff are awesome! They are so easy to work with & eager to help & direct each customer along the right path in order to make the unfortunate situation of having to get your vehicle fixed as smooth as possible! I have been more than pleased each time my spouse or I were in need of repairs! Thank you Hampton Collision for always taking care of us with a smile! You guys rock! :)

I am very pleased with the service I received at Hampton Collision. Dealing with “all the mess” that goes in hand with an auto accident was definitely not what I was looking forward to when I was hit by another vehicle. After my recent purchase of a 2013 Volzwagon Passat, I had much anxiety that my long- worked for new car would not be the same! However the incredible staff at Southpoint Automotive took great care of all my needs then referred me to Hampton Collision for the auto body repairs. Hampton Collision made this dreadful mishap go super smooth. All staff members were extremely courteous and professional. The owner himself was on sight and explained everything to my understanding, which gave me peace of mind while my “baby” was being worked on. In no time I was back in my new car that looked exactly the same as when I bought it!! I truly was shocked when I pulled up and saw how wonderful my car looked after such a beating it had taken. I 100% recommend Hampton Collision to anyone and everyone in need of professional and thorough auto body repair! Thanks again Hampton Collision Center!

The entire staff at Hampton Collision Center was extremely honest , thorough, reliable, and friendly ... I had to take a moment and write a review because 5 stars doesn't cover the white glove treatment I had . After a head on accident it is such a relief to find a body shop ... that goes above and beyond . My vehicle was inspected by a "@@@co" rep and typed up a three page listing of their findings. I drove to Baton Rouge from Lake Charles because I have several friends who had recommended Hampton Collision Center (and it was worth the drive) I was Blown away when I received a phone call from Hampton Collision stating : that after their thorough inspection of my vehicle they came across several important items that the insurance company overlooked. Hampton Collision took care of summiting the estimate for the additional parts , handling the insurance headache (waiting game) and calling and extending my rental car. One less thing for myself not to worry about . The entire staff seemed to take a personal interest with repairing my vehicle and making my experience a positive one - after a nonpositive accident. Thank you so much ....

Being a single mom , I called several times ( i'm a mom...I worry) And I was pleasantly assured each time that my Truck would look like new .... and I have to say - it DID!!!!!!

My only experience with this business was the lady that answers their phones and I was very dissappointed. After reading everyones reviews I expected great service, unfortunately, the secretary was totally unprofessional. I've never been hung up on before, much less while I was being nothing but polite. Didn't use them because of this. Went to Owen's Collision Center and was treated wonderfully!

Thank's to a co worker that had just had there car repaired at hampton collision center i new just where to bring my car.she said they fixed her car perferctly and gave a liftime warrenty in writing.My mercedes cls 550 was brand new and had been keyed scratched from end to end i wanted to cry.i looked them up on ther web page and they had perfect ratings. i meet the absoultley great staff and felt right at home. Brandon promised me he would take care of my car and like serverpro make it like it never happen. even with all the good things i had heard about them i must admitt it's a 75,000.00 car and i was nervous.(WOW) When i picked it up i cried it was perfect just like brandon said it would be.he took the time out to go over the estimate line for line and explain all the details. no hassle no bull just excelent workmanship.thank you brandon i will refer you to everbody i know your awsome.
