Provided by YP.comThis business is horrible. Not only did they fail to deliver on Valentine's Day, but they also failed to deliver until 3 days after! They showed no remorse for ruining a young girl's Valentine's Day ( one that is 14 hours from her family and can only go home once a year). The store apparently "ran out of strawberries", but had plenty of time to plan for and complete the order because it was placed far in advance of the delivery date. They offered no compensation for their mistake and no apologies. People need to be aware of this before they buy from here, the service was TERRIBLE.
