STAY AWAY!! No security, no maintenance, pure rudeness. It has been almost 4 months since I moved out and still they did not pay my security deposit back. Every time I call to ask for it, they are telling me to wait for another 4-6 months. Don't be fooled by the laundry machine and the pool. Laundry machine breaks every month and it takes another month for them to have it fixed. Pool is always dirty and since the gate is permanently broken, all the kids and from the neighborhood come and use it. I do not even wanna talk about the security. Gate is always open, it is always dark, everybody gets in and out. just STAY AWAY!!!!

Do not come here. No matter what, do NOT come here.



The management do not care about you, or your safety. The gates here have been broken for an entire year. I complained a year ago and they claimed they couldn't get the parts to fix it.



They charge too much and the apartments themselves are terrible. At one point we had water which smelled like sulfur, after complaining I was told someone would be around to fix it.



After a week, nobody came so I went to complain again, someone else was there. I told them I'd been there before and she said nobody had noted my complaint and she said she'd get someone around ASAP.



Two weeks later, NOTHING. I had to find out how to fix it myself and it wasn't an easy process whatsoever. I have no idea how serious it was for our health, but nobody cares.



Our windows have cracks in, they let rain in and cause mildew which smells terrible. Our carpets are torn up, hot water lasts about 5 minutes, the complex isn't looked after, the hot tub hasn't been cleaned in months.



Find another place to live, nobody should live here.

The girl in the front office is really rude and has no idea what she is doing! If she can't solve a problem for you there is no one for you to call to help out!! Maintenance is extremely slow about doing everything! I had mold problems, issues with leaks, and roaches!! We pay to have the apartments sprayed for bugs and I've been here a year and it was only done once! We pay to make sure the property is kept up and the only thing they do faithfully is cut the grass!! the gate on my side of the apartments has been broken just about the whole year that I've been here!! The Wifi is not reliable! Weird people are always in and out of the complex (DRUG SELLS)!! The list could go on and on!!!

Worst apartment imaginable. I m not from around Baton Rouge and did not know the area was not great to begin with but this apartment complex is very deceiving. The pool is never clean, the maintenance man is awful (might as well do it yourself), there aren t any lights or fans on the ceilings of the bedrooms or living room, tenants park where-ever they want (including handicap and unmarked spaces), there s no clear entrance exit signs (you can image the problem with that), advertised free wi-fi is extremely slow, the complex was without management for 3-4 months, and the gates are always broken. Those are just the general problems. In the first month of moving in, I had atleast 20 problems in the unit. Just to name a few, this includes: mold, hot water heater leaking, bedroom doors that would not close, water leakage from a neighbor, water leaking from neighbor above and entrance door is crooked. I would advise everyone to stay clear away from here. It is a NIGHTMARE!
