Trent texted (preferred) and let us know he was on his way. He was friendly when he arrived and even made friends with our puppies. He asked about any issues we had and explained to us about the pesticide used and how it didn't stain and was pet friendly. I can't say enough great things about my experience with ClearDefense Pest Control. I had a small ant problem in my backyard that I needed taken care of, so I booked an appointment with them for late on a Friday afternoon.

The technician, Skylar Long, was fantastic. He texted me when he was on his way and again when he arrived, so I knew exactly when to expect him. Skylar was so friendly and professional—he treated my home as if it were his own. I warned Skylar about my dog being in the backyard, and he kindly allowed me time to move my dog before he started treating the area.

Skylar worked quickly and efficiently. Within 20 minutes, he had treated the entire area and taken care of my ant issue. I was so impressed that I could get back to normal use of my yard so quickly after the appointment.
