Ordered a southern smokehouse burger for delivery because of onion petals, garlic aioli, BBQ sauce when I received my food all I had was a plain bacon cheeseburger. Stayed on hold for 25 minutes n didn't get an answer. I will be calling them tomorrow( tues January 5) n letting them know how disappointing everything was. So sad

Apparently this chili's doesn't like business. I've tried calling several times. Most recently on a Wednesday night. It shouldn't be very busy, but nobody could be bothered to pick up the phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere, thank you.
