I just had to post about my wonderful experience at Charlotte's Salon & Spa!! Justin did my hair and it is the BEST it has ever looked! He is so professional and fun to talk to that I can't imagine ever going anywhere else! He takes time to really find out what you want and makes sure that you leave there feeling pampered and beautiful!! I loved how everyone in the shop getting their hair done had smiles on their faces....the BEST place in Baton Rouge to go for beautiful hair!!

First of all, upon opening the door the salon was absolutely beautiful....antique dressers at each of the stations and beautiful antique pieces throughout the salon along with a beautiful picture of the eiffel tower painted on the wall!! Put me in a great mood right off the bat! Then Charlotte spent time with me going over what i needed to have done. I had a color, highlight, cut and style.....PERFECTION!!!! Will be back!!!! Thank you to all of Charlotte's staff at the salon!! They were very professional as well as personable!! Would recommend this salon to everyone!!!

Most fun salon in town!!

I can't tell you how much I enjoy visiting Charlotte's salon to get my monthly cut! Charlotte is a hoot and everyone is so nice to me. The atmosphere is soothing and I'll always return. Thanks to all!!

I went 4 days ago to Charllote's Salon with my newborn baby and my friend and I had one of the most wonderful time in a Salon. Starting with the nice and warm atmosphere, followed by a great service and a very professional cut that is giving me so many compliments! With all that said, I fully recommend Charlotte's Salon.

Not going back!

Bought a groupon for $50 and was still charged $65. Service was poor, Charlotte herself handled my hair. She stopped to answer the phone constantly (needs to hire a receptionist). My haircut was messed up and my color was too dark (I mentioned several times I do not want it dark). Contacted her within 24 hours to correct via calling salon, txting her cell phone and she did not respond. This salon lacks professionalism and customer service.

Maira has been my hairstylist for three years and I LOVE my hair!

She has come to the USA from Russia, lives here as a single mom of two, without any support from their Dad,

is an avid member of Healing Place Church, and us a wonderful Christian since being here.

I have found the salon to be elegant, and inviting.

NEVER ever have I regretted letting her be behind the chair working with my hair!

Maira styled my daughters hair and it looks so beautiful!!! We ended up going home and taking formal pictures. I sent my mom and grandma to her to get their hair done too - color and cut and they look so cute! She is super sweet and smiles all the time. And funny.

I would say service was good. Justin was personable but not very experienced with color. I was told her was a color specialist , I think they say that about all of them ... Those who went to beauty school. I communicated well and had a picture to boot. I stressed how my hair is like a magnet to brassy gold and yet the end result was an overall brassy look. I also wanted thicker or chunkier highlights and to be able to see my natural low lights like a zebra!!! Not even close. I find these days it's just stressful and frustrating to get the color and cut you want in a new salon. I had to come back for a redo and risk the integrity of my hair. I felt bad enough that I had to call and share my dissatisfaction. This is no fun. We are paying custimers who tip each time too. The hair color job was just inefficacious ... I think it is important to give feedback. The salon needs to know where they are weak. Groupon or not if you can produce the results the say so or get the seasoned stylist who can. Isn't the goal to get a repeat custumer?
