I bought a brand new mower from an out of town dealer and needed warranty work performed. I was told over the phone that they don't work on equipment that wasn't bought from them. The dealer I bought it through called them and was told them same thing. I contacted Husqvarna and was told that by contract they are required to do service on any equipment regardless of where it was purchased. I was also told that the Husqvarna Corporate office will be calling Central Outdoor Power Sales about this.

If you need your clippers sharpen and not replaced call 225 242-9409 I will take care of then for you for $25 and $30 on unit. Thx
