I absolutely love Dr. Susie....she's amazing and very knowledgeable on dogs, cats, birds, wildlife and exotics... I raise and show Bichons and she takes amazing care of them all and my birds

In 2012 I brought my cat here and had her fixed and front declawed. She was a rescue cat who now has a permanent indoors home. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as knowledgeable. They treated both my child (cat) and I extremely well. 2 years later I took in another rescue cat and they again, gave us excellent service.
Since then, anytime I needed them even if just to answer a question, they're there!

Horrible experience. Years ago, I adopted a sweet puppy, which this place was listed as her caretaker. When I brought her in twice, tests were not done, which I asked about, oh we have to send them off for that. when I called, oh your puppy is dead. They left it to die in a cage. It was brought out uncovered and handed off to us. This was so upsetting. Who does that??

I had recently brought my dog into this clinic for an afternoon appointment. It was the worst experience ever! It started with the front staff on their cell phones doing whatever and ignoring me the customer. Until finally another receptionist from the back came up and asked if she could help. I don't know her name because they do not wear name tags. Once I was checked in we waited for approximately 30 minutes. When Finally a tech came and brought us to a room. where we waited again for the doctor. Again the tech came and said they were going to start some test for my dog and the doctor would be in shortly. After a few minutes of waiting again the tech brought my dog back in and told me they were filling medications for my dogs ears, and give them a few minutes and I could check out. Upon check out I got a little report card on my dog and the meds payed my bill and left. I never knew who the doctor was until I asked and they said Dr. Tara. I paid to see a doctor and never even saw one. I saw and for all I know was treated by a tech.Do not get me wrong the techs were the best part of my horrible visit, they communicated with me and shared stories, made me feel at home. What ever happened to the doctor taking time to get to know their clients and having conversations about my dog even if its for five minutes. I felt as if I was a burden and headache for the doctor. So to relief this stressed atmosphere I will never bring any of my animals there ever again.

I love this office and all the Vets on staff there. They are awesome to deal with and always provide for all of my needs. They saw me for an emergency even when my dogs were not a patient there. Love Dr Susie!

I can also speak highly of Dr. Susie--I had a cat near death because she was misdiagnosed by another vet. It took her a couple of weeks of boarding, observation, surgery and meds, the cat is now her old self again. Dr. Boucher really made a believer out of me--she'll have all my business from now on! You can't beat the clinics prices either.

I have been using this vet for 3 years. My dogs and my cats go here, and the office staff and the vets are wonderful. I have never had a bad experience with them plus their prices are affordable!

My family and I have been with Dr. Suzzie for years. I can not say enough about how caring she is with animals. They provide wonderful care and have great rates! She truly does it because the love she has for animals!!!

Dr. Susie is amazing! You can trust her to help you make the best decision for your pet and your wallet! If you're in a hurry make an appointment, or you're likely to wait long periods. They also allow you to drop your pet off in the morning and pick it up on the way home if you can't get away from work for an appointment!

this clinic gets you in and gets you out quickly and they really care about your pets.
