Mike came out and repaired the kitchen sink and he was super clean and nice! I was so so thankful for his help.

Very good experience, great service, fixed the first time, very personable. I was treated very nice, and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely be calling them if I ever need a plumber again.

Excellent customer service. Cara, who handled our call, was professional and courteous on the phone. When an earlier appointment came up, she contacted us so we could get our gas line installed earlier. Mike and Tristan were professional and courteous and knew what they were doing. They did and excellent job running a gas line for installing a gas stove. They provided excellent customer service! Job well done and keep up the good work! We highly recommend them and will definitely contact them when we need their services.

Our water heater stopped producing hot water. In this day and time we are not used to not having hot water. I called American Plumbing. Mr. Smith recognized that I was panicked and stressed! He assured me that he could send someone out as quickly as possible. Mike arrived with a smile and politely introduced himself. I felt very comfortable having him in our home!

He was aware of the nature of my plumbing issue when he arrived. Upon thorough examination he was able to diagnosis my problem. My water heater needed to be replaced! He quoted a reasonable price in which I agreed and he placed my water heater that day!!!

He removed my old one and all scrap materials. He cleaned the entire area where he worked and everything was immaculate! I now have a “BRAND NEW WATER HEATER” and HOT WATER once again!

These guys are the absolute best. I have been using American Plumbing since it opened nearly twenty-years ago. Mr. Smith, has always been professional and has always quoted a price before the work is began. Any proposals for large jobs have been thorough and well thought out and always given fair market value. This industry is often slighted based on the reputation of fly by night contractors which damage the community and the industry. However, American Plumbing has been around for nearly twenty years and I would not use anyone else. I just wanted to say thinks for always taking care of our plumbing needs. Called American Plumbing because, I had another so called plumber install a reverse osmosis water filter under my kitchen sink. After paying $1,000 without success of getting any water pressure through the filter I decided it was time to call somebody else. I called American Plumbing and Terry assured me tat as long as i had the manual along with the technical support number they could figure it out. Well, Terry sent a crew out immediately. They checked out the situation and the plumber called technical support and found the reason for my problem.

American plumbing gave me solutions to my problems, to resolve my problem

and they are now the only plumbing company for me with their outstanding customer

service! always professional and take care of their clients.

Terry came out and performed a video inspection and pointed out a bad spot in my line but told me I could probably wait on making a repair in my slab. He recommended I replace the trap behind my washing machine but was not trying to hard sell me. He took time with me and made me feel very comfortable. I now recommend American Plumbing to everybody. I am so happy that I called American Plumbing. I called them on a Saturday to schedule my appointment for the following Monday. Terry called me early Monday morning to get my information and within a couple of hours the plumber was at my doorstep. The plumber was neat, pleasant and very professional I would and do recommend American Plumbing to everybody.

Mike from American Plumbing was able to help us fix a faulty valve on our hot water heater. He was quick, knowledgeable and extremely nice. If we have another plumbing or water heater issue, We will be sure to call American Plumbing.

Their plumbers are qualified,safe, neat and always answer all of our questions. If I have any concerns I can always count on Terry to answer any concerns that I may have. If we were not satisfied with American Plumbing we would not have an over 10 year business relationship with them.

We were so impressed with American Plumbing. We had a leak in the yard of our brand need home that we just purchased. Nobody could explain the origin of the water leak. We had the builder check it out, the builders plumber check it our, etc.. Nobody could figure it out. American Plumbing found there was a weep hole in the side of the treatment plant and it was draining into an abandoned telephone conduit. Who would have thought? Not only did American Plumbing solve the water leak mystery but, the sewer odor is gone too. Thanks American Plumbing for everything!

They did a real good job. I had them do some more advanced stuff then I can do and I was really impressed. I’ll call them again, for sure!

Todd was here Friday evening to unclog my kitchen sink. I needed a new disposal and he was back yesterday to install. He completely rectified the problem!
