Sharolyn was so pleasant, very professional and really patient while I tried out several different sets. She showed me everything that she felt would meet my needs. Even with me making 2 trips to store before making my purchase. She provided "Top Notch A+" service. I will recommend her to all that I know who are searching for furniture. The selection and availability was great. Thank so much Sharolyn you are awesome!!!

We have had horrible experience buying furniture in the past. Not this time. The folks there are very friendly & helpful. Our sales person Sima and the manager Josh worked out great deals for us. We made three separate orders within a week and they pulled it off to have everything we bought included in the same truck for the same day saving us a lot in delivery & setup. We discovered a small factory defect on our sofa upon delivery. Their service department immediately remedied the situation and had a new one on the way in four days. Did not have to hassle with repairs, paperwork. The delivery folks in the office and the guys who deliver are fantastic!. this has been the least stressful experience for us thus far. We plan to make other purchases there soon.

Like always coming to American factory is always a nice experience. Found a beautiful bedroom set and Sandee, who assisted us today, provided amazing customer service!
