After raising and living with 2 Rhodesian ridgebacks for 16 years, we wanted to chose the best veterinarian clinic for our new Rhodesian Ridgeback. We chose All Pets Animal Hospital partially because of the boarding facilities, however after 3 attempts to board our dog we were told they were booked. When I called and asked about boarding and the lady who answered said that there were "priority clients" who have the facilities booked, and I told her that after having to use another facility 3 times that I may need to move my vet, she says "I will be happy to fax your information to any other vet". Apparently they need no new business, and if you are not already a priority client don't bother. The reviews before me probably were the "priority clients"!

Dear 2ridgebacks, We can understand the frustration of not getting the service you were in need of. Being able to have a place that you can trust your beloved pets with is so very important to their good health and your peace of mind. Every person who calls All Pets for any service-Dr.appointments, boarding,grooming,etc. is and has always been "first come, first serve." We have NEVER held a boarding kennel/run/condo for anyone. That would be a very costly business practice, unfair, and unethical. There is no such "priority list" at All Pets. As a courtesy to anyone who needs to book elsewhere, we happily take the time to fax over records to another clinic that can accommodate. Being the best at something does keep one in high demand and it is true that we book up quickly! However, it has never been due to holding space for certain clients. We apologize that we could not accommodate your dates needed and we hope that perhaps you will give us another chance to win you back!Please feel free to call and discuss this matter with our friendly Practice Manager and thank you for holding us to the highest standards. Great Kennel

I was out of town for a week and used their kennel, my dog was in great health, got to go outside every day and got a bath! They took great care of my dog.
