A Lil One's Learning Center opened its first location in June of 1981. It is owned and operated by Teri Gomez. Mrs. Gomez has a degree in elementary and early childhood education, and has completed graduate studies in special education. Through the years the business has grown to match Teris personal life. Along with running five childcare centers, Teri and her husband Randy are the parents of six children. As a working mom, she understands the concerns that parents have in wanting the best possible care and education for their children. A Lil Ones firmly believes that children need a loving stable environment. Because of our intense commitment to creating a family environment the average length of employment of an A Lil Ones teacher is approximately four years.

Proud Parent

I am a parent of a child who attends A Lil One's. I Love it! I Love it! I Love it! The center is very clean. When I arrive there in the morning, my son and I are always greeted. Sometimes I go in there dreading going to work, but after the ladies there crack a few jokes, i am laughing and ready to start my day. My son has learnd alot since he has been there. He is always singing, and he even learned how to write his name. I have also seen teachers there interacting with the children. The children love those ladies over there. If you are reading this, and you have small children, i would recommend A Lil One's Learning Center.

Exceptional

I'm a 38 year "young" mother of two sons ages fourteen and two. It was a very hard decision to put my son in day care. My husband and I went to atleast 11 centers. When we walked in to A Lil One's and observed all the staff smiling and interacting with the kids in the middle of the day it was very impressive to us. The staff at A Lil Ones are very intouch with the growth and development of children. My son jumps up every morning rushing to put on his clothes and go to school, this even includes the weekends. His verbal communication has improved 100% as well as his interaction with peers his own age. I go to work everday with great comfort in knowing that my son is having a great time learning and developing at A Lil One's Learning Center. Thanks for your exceptional services!

Looks Can Be Deceiving!

The facility was well organized and clean, and a very detailed place. However, a parent should never walk in on her child eating feces. Child care providers are not giving 100% when it comes to caring for the needs of children.

Wonderful and caring!

A Lil Ones is clean, efficient, and reasonable. More importantly, the staff seems well trained and very good with the children. My 7 year old says, "they are nice."
