I hired Pink Glove to clean my home a year ago, our relationship began smoothly until my regular cleaner left the service. That was approximately June or July. Since this point we have gone through a string of cleaners who have not met my expectations nor the owners (not dusting frames, dusting around things not picking them up, found evidence that rugs were not being vacuumed, at one point they didn't even move the kitchen trash can to clean behind it!). The owner had taken over cleaning my home with one or two other people and in early December we had reviewed that I was hosting Christmas and that in addition to our normal cleaning I would also need our lower level cleaned. I had to text her to discover that she was not coming to clean the day before our scheduled Christmas (despite her claiming she had I double checked and had received no text prior to mine) she offered to come the next day but at this point I had family en route to our home that would be arriving within a few hours, the next day was our planned Christmas. After texting her that if she wanted to retain us as a client she needed to come that day I received a text back that said, she was thinking of thinning her client list anyway so it was mutual! She left us in a complete lurch hours before our first guest arrived to clean a home that had not been cleaned in 2 weeks! Completely unprofessional.
