Provided by YP.comOn 12/21/16, I went to a lowes in Basteville,Ms.. I'm so very dissatisfied with the treatment I received on yesterday. I made it to thaw store around 2:30 p.m. As I enter the store I went to hot water tank area no one was there to assist me so I went to customer service desk and ask the young lady can she paged someone to come to assist me I waited and waited ( getting very ����) so I decided to go in the appliance area there was a young man who said he was working in the department so I ask him for the certain part I was looking for he going tell me that on the wall is all they have never came to look and help and going to give me a card talking about calling a # or I can go to T&T electric which I have any knowledge of knowing where this place is.. upset now still without my hot water tank fix
