I would not recommend this travel agency! I wished I would have asked my friend before I called them. My friend has had sevral people who have had bad experiences with them. I contacted Jill (owner) for travel arrangements on flights in an emergency situation hoping a travel agency could get me a better deal than I could on online. They were to get back with me. They didn't! I called the next day only to be asked if they could return my call. We booked online! Because I waited for her return call, our flights that we would have chosen went up over $600 one way! This, I've heard, is not the first time this has happened. A bride planning her honeymoon had the same problem. You call, give them your information and that's it!
