Called the emergency number about 4:00pm New Years Eve. Rhonda said she needed to check some things and called me back in half an hour and set up for the day after the holiday. Rick and associate showed up in the afternoon and had my problem solved in about an hour. Everyone was nice, courteous and efficient.I will have them back when the need arises again.

Long story – short. I was having serious trouble with my system. The first company I called sent 2 technicians at 2 different times. The first told me he thought I should replace the pump and that my control panel was “crap”. The second said he thought the problem was in the control panel and not the pump and he would discuss the problem with his boss. I was not contacted after that so I called SOS. The gentleman who came (Josh) diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes – a corroded connection to the pump. Easy fix – reasonable cost.
I highly recommend SOS.

I am happy to write that I will be going with SOS from now on!!! I had made calls to a few places to have my septic at my home.I didn't hear back from some and others were not so friendly. SOS called back next morning, went over cost, process and such I booked an appointment. Rhonda was very nice and simple to deal with. Day of, Rick was on time and about as sweet as pie! Extremley polite, knows his stuff! Showed me everything, explained it, very honest, answered all of my questions. I was very impressed from beginning to end with them and I will def use them everytime! I would recommend to all!!! Thanks Rick and Rhonda!

ALL I CAN SAY IS SOS IS AWESOME! LAST WEEK ON 7-24-2013 I WAS RIPPED OFF FOR 195.00 BY AARON-ANDREWS SEPTIC SERVICES OUT OF GOSHEN. THEY PUMPED MY SEPTIC LAST YEAR AND IT WAS FULL AGAIN I FOUND THAT STRANGE SINCE I PUMP EVERY 3-5 YRS AND I HAD TO HAVE IT PUMPED AGAIN A YR LATER .. THEY SHOWED UP AND PUMPED FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND SAID THEY WERE FULL. I CALLED THEM AND HE ARGUED WITH ME AND SAID IT FILLED BACK UP WITH WATER I HAD A PROBLEM AND TOLD ME HE WOULD NOT PUMP IT FOR FREE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AGAIN! MIND YOU IT HAD ONLY BEEN 6 DAYS SINCE I WAS PUMPED OUT SO I TOLD HIM IF I HAD TO PAY AGAIN IT WOULD NOT BE HIM! I CALLED SOS AND THEY WERE AWESOME OVER THE PHONE AND SHOWED UP VERY FAST AND JUST AS AWESOME IN PERSON!.. AARON AND ANDREWS DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE THE LID TO MY TANK PROPERLY IT WAS THROWN ON ALL CROOKED THE OWNER SAID HE WOULD BE ABLE TO TELL IF I WAS PUMPED ALL THE WAY OUT AND SURE ENOUGH I WASN'T! HE PUMPED OUT OF ABOUT A HALF HR OR MORE A BUNCH OF HUMAN WASTE AND OVER A FOOT OF SLUDGE FROM THE BOTTOM. HE SAID THERE WAS NO WAY ONE COULD HAVE THAT MUCH WASTE IN 6 DAYS IF PUMPED OUT ALL THE WAY. AARON-ANDREWS OWNER TRIED TO TELL ME IT FILLED BACK UP FROM WATER THAT HE HAD PUMPED ME OUT MY TANK IS A VERY LARGE TANK AND NO WAY COULD IT HAVE FILLED BACK UP IN 6 DAYS.. THANK YOU S0S YOU ROCK AND HAVE MY BUSINESS FROM HERE ON OUT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND S0S IF YOU EVER NEED HELP WITH YOUR SEPTIC!
