My mom had been at this facility in the late 90's and it was great so when my husband needed to go to them for PT, OT etc I did not even think twice. WHAT a mistake!!! He was there for 16 days total. During this time he received little to no PT or OT. Had only 3 baths, his foot on several occasions went days without a bandage change, the Dr. on staff took him off his RA meds and never did they follow the surgeons orders on how to change the bandage. They said they were sending him home with 5 days worth of medication and on some they did and on others they didn't. They were suppose to send home the wraps and medicine to change his bandage they didn't. Don't waste your time calling because no one ever answers their phones and if the 1 receptionist is not there well the phone just rings and this is during business hours! When I told them I was bringing him home they told me I had to wait till afternoon of course that would have given them another days charge, needless to say I did not wait till afternoon. This place went from wonderful to the pits!
