Owner , Brian G Wormley, signed a statement under oath that he has “NO INCOME”. Judge Robert Noonan awarded a $71,000 judgment in my favor . With interest that judgment is now in excess of $123,000 and Wormley boosts he never pay me a penny.
IVE BEEN WITHOUT A HOME FOR FIFTEEN YEARS BECAUSE HIS WORK WILL NOT MEET CODE. HE WALKED, LEAVING ME HOMELESS.
HE USES A TRICKY “ MECHANICS LIEN, “ to cheat you. Lied and stated, “ I swear on my daughters eye sight I’m not taking a penny yet discovery prior to court showed how he cashed checks and never ran money through company.
He’s used many variations of company names. During trial he evaded questioned weather he was licensed.
My advice, run don’t walk from a snake in the grass.

He has operated under numerous company names. Wormley uses BGW . My judgement against him from Judge Robert Noonan is currently over $ 123,000 and he hasn’t paid a penny. The judgment is also in his name because he had me writing checks to him personally and the company.
Bank records showed how he’d cash checks and walk with the cash never putting it through company name. Run, don’t walk.

BGW , Brian G Wormley, Wormley Contracting and Development and several other alias names he uses owes me a judgment granted me by Judge Robert Noonan, current amount owed is in excess of $123,000.
His claim of building houses for 19 years at the time was not true. I still have no c o after 15 years of fighting him.
He recently signed, under, oath, that he has, no income, yet he claims the opposite on these internet ads.
So many things were taken from me and the workmanship is terrible.
He did not follow my blue prints despite me giving him four different copies because they disappeared.
