My husband and I bought two Gr...

My husband and I bought two Groupons for Legacy Auto in March 2012. Because we are both teachers I waited until late June to schedule an appointment. When I called the person on the other end of the line told me the girl who keeps the schedules was out to lunch so they would have to call me back to make an appointment. Just as I hung up I realized that I didn't give my phone number, but I figured that they had caller id or something. I guess not, since no one ever called me back. I waited about a week and called back to try to make an appointment again. This time I was successful, but the first weekend they had available was in mid-September. Since I'd already paid for the Groupon, I decided to confirm and get my car detailed in September. The night before I was to drop my car off to be detailed Legacy Auto left a message on my phone claiming that they were overbooked and I needed to call them to reschedule. I was pretty agitated since I had made an appointment in early July, but I figured that there was nothing I could do. I tried to call them to reschedule, but the phone just kept ringing. I called them again the next day, but this time I was unable to leave a message because their mailbox was full. I tried again the next day and finally was able to leave a message, but no one returned my call. I left a message again and no one returned the call. Finally I was able to get in touch with someone. The next available appointment was in two weeks, which I took because, at this point, my car desperately needed cleaning. I had the appointment for Saturday, October 6th at 8am. On the sixth I drove to legacy. Even though they opened at 7:30am, the lights were off and no one was there, except another customer who was waiting, as well. I called a few times before someone picked up and mentioned that the detailer would be there soon. She wanted me to drop my keys through the mail slot. Even though I didn't trust this business anymore, I dropped my keys off, which, had I to do over again, I wouldn't. I was told the car would be ready at 2:30-2:45, so I made sure to get there to pick it up on time. When my husband and I got to Legacy my car was out front running with the heat on. No problem, except, sure enough, the business was closed. No one was watching my car, which was left running, in an empty parking lot. If that wasn't bad enough, when I called the business no one picked up. I figured that everyone was in back, which is bad enough when you leave someone's running car unattended. Finally, after waiting for about ten minutes, two men came to the door an explained that they weren't there because they had left to pick up another vehicle. I was pretty upset that my car had been left with the keys inside and then the people working with the car had left the property. They had done a decent job detailing the car, but after all the struggles with the management end of the business, not only would I never go back there, I would tell people to avoid this business. The discount I received was not worth the hassle and the danger in which they put my car.
