Used years ago and good service. Recently Heat pump died. Took 4 days to come out. Gave a quote to replace and after installed service guy didn't know what to charge and then when wanting to pay with credit card like the website said you can it was an issue and had to pay the distributor. They never tested the unit. They left the old unit outside and never picked up. Called to see if they will get old unit and said they will but never did. When warm weather came turned on air but just got heat. Called for several weeks and no call back. Finally got another company who came out same day and fixed. North mountain did not hook up correctly and needed a special thermostat for type of unit. Cost $260 extra to fix. Made several attempts to let them fix mistake. Do not recommend.
