I have gone to this store for over 10 years. The manger has always been nice but he has lost his mind from to much rock and role, maybe. Each time you go in the store rock and roll is playing and guys talking about outdoors stories and the usual. The feeling of the place is like a barbecue place. I bought a chinas made mower 5 year ago from a local competitor and it ran fine for 5 years Started every time until it died finally.

I decided to buy a snapper fro B & B. Before I go on, the day my china motor died I brought it to B & B. As soon as I brought the China motor into the shop they shook this water and gasoline jar to me and said "Its probably the gasoline". It turned out there motor had just had is hard days work and died. It was not the gasoline in my garage.

So I get the usual sales pitch to buy a Snapper mower from B & B. I did that. They put gas inside of it to test start it. Then I took it home. The mower started two times. After that it no longer started.

Back to B & B I go and sure enough when I walked in the front door (with the rock and roll confusion sounding out) the manger says "its the glass and shakes the same glass jar of gasoline at me as they did when I brought in the China mower.

They took the mower in. A few weeks later they call and say "it starts now it is your gas". I responded saying how can that be? 1- The $600 chain saw I just bought from you a month ago works fine off the same gas and the mower has only been used twice, once with your own gas.

The long bearded senseless manager just could not get it and still does not. He refused to answer the question as to how in the world my chain saw works fine but the Snapper mower he sold me has a problem with the fuel after 2 starts.

I asked for my money back for the mower to let B and B deal with this Snapper sorry story about ethanol and gasoline. All I needed was a mower that starts every time like my china made mower of the past.

I plan to file a written complaint about this story to Snapper. I will get my money back for this mower one way or another. Maybe the manager can bill Snapper and take this mower that he sold me home to his rock and roll bear party and B & B.
