I have used Bennett's through a home warranty service contract. For the appliance work, they did a good job, but were notorious for having to reschedule their visits due to some unforseen problem on their part. They also did A/C work recently and left wires hanging out of the top of the unit and actually bent the wires on top of the A/C grille to hold the wires up and out of the fan blades. And this type of repair is considered satisfactory to them. You have so many more options other than this company. Don't waste your time nor your money.

We have experienced very poor customer service from being hung up on to not called back and now being without air for over a week now. The do not have 24 service call. In our experience with them we would not recommend them to anyone. We only used them because that's who the warranty company said we had to. Going on week two in this heat we are hoping to finally get someone out to our house if they choose to make us a priority. We have young child and without heat in July has not been the safest thing.

I recommend this company for your air conditioner work. I had been without air for a couple of days and then called Bennett's. Starting with the receptionist and ending with the technician they provided professional services in a timely manner. Thanks Bennett's.

A technician came to my home to work on my air conditoner. He checked out the unit and then explained to me what the problems were. He gave me an estimate on what it would cost to replace the unit without charging me. He was able to get my unit working unitl I made a decision to replace.

Bennett's has serviced several of my appliances thru my warranty company for years. I will continue to use Bennett's because their staff is professional; provide timely service; and quality service.

Bennett's scheduled my appointment around my schedule. Technician called prior to arriving to my home to make sure it was still a good time for him to come. Technician completed my repairs and explained my problems and what he could do to repair. The hourly rate is fair. I will call on them again for my repairs.
