My almost 5 year old and 1 yo had an appointment here for a check up, they allowed me to stay in the room with my one year old as he got his teeth cleaned but took my 5y/o back where “parents arent allowed” and my 1yo had his teeth cleaned in less than 30 minutes whereas my 5yo was in the backroom for about 45 min to an hour. When he came out he was crying once we got home he told me his tongue hurt. He had a huge red bump on his tongue. My son is a severe Hemophiliac (bleeding disorder) he then began to tell me that they held him down and crossed his legs and arms so he couldn’t move. Went back the next day for his tongue to get checked out and they told me he had an ulcer. I call BS. Growing up I always had my mother by my side in the dentist office.
