Logan is the best! He was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions about any of the cars on the lot, which all were very clean and were an affordable price. I had limited time to buy a car and Logan was able to get it done. I was able to leave within a few hours in my new ride with a full tank of gas, thanks to Family Motors Too! They also have no problems fixing any issues the car may have in the first few days. Thanks you so much for being an amazing used car dealership, I would definitely recommend any of my family or friends to buy a car from here. I just want to start by saying one of the smoothest transactions ever buying a car! I went to look at the 2008 GMC Yukon Denali that was on their lot over the weekend. The truck was immaculate so after talking to Amy I asked if I could take it for a test drive. Amy said come on down and handed me the keys and a plate to take it for a drive. I went back and asked what I would need to do if I wanted to purchase it. Amy excepted a $200 deposit and held the truck until the next day. She told me there was a list of over 10 people calling for the truck (and showed me and someone called while I was there)! There were some codes coming up on the truck and I wanted to make sure it wasn't anything major. Amy let me come back the next day and check with code reader before I gave her the rest of the money. Again smoothest transaction zero hidden fees and great people to deal with. I wish every car dealer was this honest and kept their word. Thanks Amy and family! 5 stars all the way!

Got a 2008 aveo. The price on car was roughly $5500 with 48,000 miles. Perfect condition. The owner was genuine, relatable, very helpful and didn't force cars down our throat that we couldn't afford. Once it was time to go draw up the paperwork his wife told us that in her binder the aveo is listed as $4300 so that's what they'd charge us! So far after 3 yrs no real issues. Normal maintaining like tires & timing belt. I'd absolutely go back for our next car & tell everyone how amazing this family dealership is. We went to 8-10 others & found nothing even worth considering. Family motors had 3 cars we were debating on. This place is great for college kids, or a commuter car bc the prices are usually $3500-6000 with low miles from what I saw.

Caveat emptor - Buyer beware, blatant lies. Bought owner's "son's jeep" and have had nothing but problems. Now catalytic converter bad, maybe needs extensive engine work, have to wait for my mechanic to check it out more. Was told blatantly that the check engine light was a sensor issue. My mechanic said if they checked it properly that would have given a heads up that the converter was going bad. Simply never take their word for it. Yes, we took their word and now will have to see what needs to be done. At that time I will decide if it is expensive enough to take legal action. Maybe others have had better experiences, but thinking we were purchasing the owner's son's vehicle, never would I have thought she would like like this... and she knew it was for my daughter to drive back and forth to work and school.
