Before you consider using this company, take the time to read below and know that this is how they treat their customers that have been nothing but nice to them!

I've never been treated so rudely! They must not need any business...

If you have a problem with that then you can deal with the paper company. I have been in business for 9 years doing work for a lot of business who are totally happy with us. I was doing this because of someone you knew that knew us. We normally don't mess with anything this small. It's not worth it to us. Kinkos is where you need to go for that small stuff. So in the future before you try and tell a printer how to print. Learn the language first so the printer does what they are supposed to do. Regarding the programs, I'm not very happy with the proof.

I asked for them to be printed on matte finish card stock and they were printed on a bad quality glossy cardstock.

Secondly, you printed it double sided like I asked but the sides didn't come close to matching up. So if you were to trim them all on the crop marks, it would have been completely off.

Third, I imagined that I would have received a proof of a trimmed, finished product so that I could approve the quality of your work, but instead it was just printed and not trimmed...

I am only telling you these things so that you can improve and know what customers are looking for. I may try to use you again for another project down the road, but I have already sent my art files somewhere else because I'm in a time crunch.
