I had a problem with my mountain bike where I couldn't find a very small piece that connected the wheel to the frame anywhere. I went into Spin Doctor's, was immediately helped by one of the employees and was able to point me in the right direction and help me repair the bike. They did a great job and I was very impressed with the customer service.
