I was very pleased with all the staff and them being so thorough with my 19 month old daughter. They went as far as to have a nebulizer machine delivered to my home within 30mins of leaving the clinic. Thank you all for everything you did to help my daughter, she is no longer wheezing when she breathes!

Had an knot come up on my neck with a lot of pain/swelling. Afraid of it being a spider bite, made appointment to get it checked. At the sign in they told me the office visit could be $160 -$300. Depending on what they had to do. I don't have insurance or a job. They told me I could apply for a discount medical and it would cost $50. For it and about $85 for the office visit. I filled out all the paper work except for the discount medical. When I handed to the girl at the check in, she said I would have to sign up for the discount or my visit would be $475. I asked if I would be seeing a Dr and at first was told yes then after a few minutes was told no I would see a Nurse Practioner. I was pretty much forced to join their discount medical. I wanted to just leave but the swelling was causing my ear to hurt. The woman I saw put on one glove then touched my neck with both hands. She neither waded her hands before or after touching me. She also said it could be a spider bite but more than likely was a bacterial infection. Bacterial infection and you don' wash your hands. What kind of medical facility is this? I was also told if I had any problems to go to the ER and follow up with my regular Dr. Not very comforting to say the least. I would have been better off to go to the ER or a veterinarian. The only thing she did right was giving me antibiotics. Will not go back and would not recommend anyone else go there. It was a complete ripoff.
