I went to Midas in Barrington for an oil change before I left for a trip back down to Florida. They changed the oil and noticed I had 1 tire wearing badly and I agreed for them to replace the 2 front. The tires I wanted were not immediately available but Tim the manager and Sarah went to work and agreed to go on a special pickup run to get them so I could leave for my trip on time. I left for awhile and Sarah updated me on the progress. I couldn’t be happier with the actual car servicing, or the personal human touch showed by Sarah and Tim.
