Makray Memorial Golf Club, established in 1962, is an 18-hole championship golf course. It has a more than 24,000-square-foot clubhouse that offers various amenities to members, including locker rooms, dining areas, bar facilities and banquet areas. The club provides ballroom and catering services for various occasions, such as weddings, weekend parties and social gatherings. It also has a pro shop that offers a variety of bags, hats, shirts, irons, wedges and golf accessories to members. The club also provides training lessons to members and organizes corporate events and golf tournaments. Makray Memorial Golf Club is located in Barrington, Ill.

Golf and Lunch - great

Golf is good. Fast greens, well kept tight fairways. A few holes are difficult, and a 71 par seems like it should be 72! Water bottels, for free, on 3 holes was a nice touch.

Club house had a nice assortment of supplies. Nice putting green and driving range.... a big plus was the pitching area.

Lunch and drinks were great for a public course.
