The truest test of character is when things go south.
Mr. Tatro was immediate in rectifying the situation when a (now..ex) employee mede a mess of my parent's fridge. He was more interested in correcting the problem as I was in correcting my parent's problem. It took him just a few seconds to do the right thing. Thank you, sir!!!!
In a world where many would stick their fingers in their ears, stomp their feet and repeat " no no no".....it was very nice to find integrity and the desire to do the right thing at Tatro's Aces.
That is why I gave them 5 stars, and would not hesitate at all to let them handle my future appliance repair issues when they arise.
