I am disappointed in your lack of willingness to complete the shed we purchased. You did not hesitate to deposit the check we paid for the building with the day after. Your crew arrived without all the necessary tools and materials, they had to use our tools, stop work and go to Lowe’s to purchase materials and still did not finish. Our salesman has documentation where he spoke with you and you said you would get back out to finish the job, you promised us on a phone call you would be out last week to finish and again promised our salesman you would be out. Now you have not shown, will not respond to emails or phone calls.
As my husband advised you in both emails and a phone call before he will be proceeding in a different direction for this to be resolved. Very simple for you to have done what you promised but you chose not to. He will be moving forward with his other options. What you have done and failed to complete is in violation of Tennessee law and is a crime.
The blocks were supposed to have been provided and included in the original price were not provided, you used what blocks we had and promised a refund for them. Still waiting on that refund.
Per the paperwork we have the opening was supposed to have been framed to a 36” door opening and it is not framed, there is still a huge hole in the side of our building waiting on you to frame it as you promised.
We paid for additional building material to be used at a later date which was supposed to be left behind. This was not left, yet we were charged for it, no refund received for this.
You also have a warranty we have a copy of that you failed to uphold with the door that won’t stay closed and you will not come out to repair it. Our flooring has gotten wet with the opening and all the rain, so now that needs to be replaced.
Your practices and failure to stand behind your product and your word are a joke. It is because of people like you that other small businesses don’t succeed. You ruin the small business world for the honest customers who expect honest reliable service and product for what they pay. I truly wish I had gone with a larger company, at least then they would stand behind their word.
