Family owned & operated craft brewery in historic Bangor, PA since February 2, 2017. We use organic grist, homegrown hops and local ingredients. Located in the Slate Belt – the northeast area of the Lehigh Valley deemed the “Gateway to the Poconos” – and is only a few miles away from Easton, Delaware Water Gap, the Appalachian Trail, and the Delaware River. The Slate Belt is rich with artisanal springs and pristine water, perfect for brewing beer and baking bread. We also serve PA wines, spirits and ciders from Social Still Distillery, Franklin Hill Vineyards, RAW, and Tolino Vineyards. We have a creative selection of beer mule cocktails made with our signature organic hard ginger beer (an aged spontaneous cultured sour) and local Pennsylvania distilleries. We use ingredients from area farms and businesses: Miller’s Egg Ranch, Nello’s, Klein Farms, McCollian Farms and Little Creek Bar-B-Cue. Our bakery & kitchen is presently under construction and is scheduled to reopen April 2020.Family owned & operated craft brewery in historic Bangor, PA since February 2, 2017.
