Have been using Allstate septic for years now. They have never disappointed me. Always professional and prompt. Rocky is awesome and has a great personality. Very customer oriented.

I was amazed how fast they came out last time. We have been using Allstate for pump outs and we are very happy with their service. The price is fair, the driver is always friendly, and scheduling is never a problem on a day that works for us. I'd call Allstate if you need a porta-potty or pump out.

I would highly recommend Allstate to anyone. Emergency response was awesome. Very nice on the phone and gave great guidance. Made me feel very comfortable with them. Dispatched a truck and was at my house an hour later. They did a very thorough job pumping my tanks clean, unlike another company I used in the past. Gave great advice to me regarding the problem I was having. The guy onsite was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with.

I recently had a problem with my septic system - pump alarm would go off and breaker would be tripped. Called septic installer but they never responded to my voicemail. Called Allstate Septic and they answered on the first ring. Told them that my septic wasn't pumping and they asked the appropriate questions about the symptoms, etc. Said they would need to pump the dosing chamber before working on pump problem. They sent someone out the same day and I had them pump all three tanks. Called office to schedule pump repair service and they gave me an appt. for the next day. Allstate arrived as scheduled and diagnosed and repaired the pump problem in less than 1 hour. Incredible! The Allstate personnel were all professional, efficient, and responsive. Their rates were very competitive. If you need a septic company, try them out. There is no doubt who I would call or recommend for any septic pumping or repair service.
