Bought all my kitchen appliances and they were very helpful with my professional cooking stove ! Love everything. Also have bought other appliances and service is top notch.

After spending thousands of dollars to out fit a new home, there still was no service after the sale. I was charged diagnostic fees and labor rates for warranties parts costing as much as the warrantied parts. Out of a microwave, refrigerator, stove, washer dryer and dishwasher, the only thing that hasn't needed repair has been the dishwasher. The refrigerator could have burned my house down! Never buying from there again!

Our daughter purchased a dishwasher from Dunnett's approximately 1 1/2 years ago. Before the the first year was up, it stopped draining. Extended service contract and no one came out. November of 2009 same thing happened. Called and visited Dunnett's, claimed it was the contract company but "they would take care of it". Sent service person in December and the pump had failed and had to order one. Arrived today and replaced the pump, "tested it and works fine". Well our daughter just washed used it and it still will not drain. Never, ever purchase a product from this company. They will not stand behind it and make excuses for when the extended service company does not return calls. Deal with a big box instead or Sears in the future. When Dunnett's does close, and it will they will blame the "Big Box" stores when reality it will close due to lack of service and follow through.Three months is way to long to repair a dishwasher.
